At Gassville Therapy & Living we are dedicated to providing quality, compassionate care to meet all the changing needs of our residents; mind, body, and soul.

Gassville Therapy & Living is a Long Term care facility which is conveniently located close to Baxter Regional Medical Center.  Our facility is licensed for 105 beds and is certified by Medicare and Medicaid.  We provide an in-house rehabilitation staff consisting of licensed therapists and a specially trained restorative aide.  We provide Physical, Occupational, and Speech programs both in-patient and Outpatient.  The goal for our program is to provide the highest quality of care to return the patient home and into the community to an independent lifestyle. We also provide 24 hr skilled nursing care, wound care and management, pain management, IV therapy, and individualized plans of care in a professional and loving environment. We have 3 delicious meals per day, laundry and housekeeping services,wi-fi with a resident computer,  van transportation to and from Dr's appointments, daily activities which include parties and special outings.  Gassville Therapy & Living has  a special care neighborhood which is a secure unit designed to provide specialized care in a peaceful, supervised environment.  We also have a beauty/barber shop.  Gassville Therapy & Living is a 5 star facility and we are also "pet friendly".  Please come for a tour anytime.
