Vance Vision Clinic opened its doors in the Cotter-Gassville area in May 2013 and is the new practice location of Dr. Dustin Vance, Optometric Physician. Vance has practiced in the Twin Lakes Area for 4 years providing Comprehensive Eye Care to all ages from pediatric to older adults. Licensed Optician Leslie Williams joined our practice in May 2013, Leslie has worked with area eye doctors for over 20 years.

We offer cutting edge technology with instrumentation that allows us to better diagnose, manage & educate our patients who have eye disease. Retinal photography and 3D topographical retinal imaging (OCT) make it possible to detect ocular disease at earlier stages allowing us to provide exceptional care to our patients requiring medical eye care. We work closely with local and regional ophthalmologists for patients requiring surgical intervention or more extensive care.

After obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Physics at Lyon College in Batesville, AR, Dr. Vance earned his Doctorate in Optometry at Southern College of Optometry (SCO) in Memphis, TN and completed an additional externship at the well renowned Southern Eye Associates in Memphis, TN. Dr. Vance has a second practice location, Eagle Mountain Eye Care in Batesville, AR with his partner, Dr. Jacob Moll. Dr. Vance is married to Talli Vance, an Occupational Therapist at BRMC, both are proud members of the Mountain Home and White River Lions Clubs. Dr. Vance is a volunteer at the Mountain Home Christian Clinic, a member of the American Optometric Association, Arkansas Optometric Association, and is a supporter of Lyon College, Ozarka College, ASU Mountain Home and local schools.

As a Licensed Optician, Leslie is specialized to fit, adjust and dispense eyewear and contact lenses.  Leslie is skilled at helping a patient find the best frame and lens combination to fit their facial structure and demands of their lifestyle. Leslie is certified by the Arkansas Board of Dispensing Opticians. Leslie has worked in the optical industry for 25 years & became a Licensed Optician 14 years ago.  Leslie is married to Lonnie Williams who works for the City of Mountain Home Water Department and has 3 children. Leslie performs at local and regional venues with her band, “The High Strung Band.”

Located in the Cotter-Gassville area just off of Hwy 62 near the White River bridge, our clinic provides a convenient location for individuals not wishing to make the extra commute into Mountain Home for routine eye care and provides a timely advantage in the case of certain ocular urgencies to residents of the surrounding areas. We are located at: 1200 W Main (Hwy 62) Suite 4, Cotter, AR.

Our office hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-3pm (out for lunch 12-1), additional times available by appt.
