Larry Jenkins of Ozark Mountain Trading Company grilled hotdogs and flipped burgers, while Shelley Baker of Fleur de Lis Salon graced us with wonderful cajun/creole appetizers for their joint Ribbon Cutting in downtown Cotter on August 29th.  Thanks to all who joined us and made this a joyous event.  Especially thank you to the new members of our community.  We wish you well.
